disapearing tokens ?

i have a model friend that just turned her cam off on MFC
this is what she told me


04:02:58 AM LittleAngell: when i was online with cam on i looked at tokens stats
04:03:04 AM LittleAngell: were over 4000
04:03:04 AM RufffRider: ok
04:03:08 AM LittleAngell: like 4300 or so
04:03:10 AM LittleAngell: now
04:03:14 AM LittleAngell: after closing cam
04:03:22 AM LittleAngell: i checked token stats
04:03:29 AM LittleAngell: and shows less than 4000
04:03:32 AM LittleAngell: like 3700

she says there are no refunds and the she started with Zero at the beginning of the shift/session.
Ant idea what happened or could have happened?

Tips are the only completely non-refundable transaction. If a member complains about a technical problem in a group/private, it's possible that they'd refund him. Normally, I believe MFC just eats the cost, as they like to be known for not letting the models be affected by CC issues, tech issues, etc. But if there was a big enough problem where they lost a significant amount of tokens, I believe they do take at least a percentage back from the model.

It would show up in a columm on her "token stats" page under "returns/fines" on her model admin page. If it doesn't show up there, then she's probably just imagining things. :mrgreen:

In my year on MFC I have only had 50 tokens returned and they said it was due to a technical problem during my girl/girl group show in May.

They must have just added the "can't refund tips" recently. Last year I had some asshole tip me ALOT (over $100 worth on my end) & get them all refunded.

I joined around August 2009, and as far back as I can remember, the MFC help section has stated that there are no refunds on tips, ever.

If MFC took back some tips from you, something extraordinary must have been going on. Either that or Leo's a fucktard. Which is likely.

Mine was in early 2008. Who knows. If this chick actually had them refunded my bet would be Leo's a fucktard.

Or MFC lost the tokens/money, i.e. chargeback, etc.
