I am a new model and I am trying to add my partner as a person to my account.
Now, we are facing a unique roadblock... We coincidently share the same last name and we are NOT married.
When uploading his ID documents they were rejected due to sharing the same last name and we have been given a link to upload a marriage certificate which is clearly not applicable to us as we are only dating and never married.
I have contacted support via email and wondering if anyone on here can be of any help please.
