IMO, the chatting should have two different modes: one for when the model is doing a show and one for the rest of the time.

When a model's doing a show, I dislike most chat. Excessive chat or random emotes then distract from the model and seem disrespectful to her -- she should have your attention or at least your courtesy. A little talk is probably ok, but having a full blown conversation about the latest computer game isn't. Sex emotes, besides being jarring, are out of place -- if what's going on in front of you isn't enough to hold your interest, at least don't come right out and insult the model by implicitly saying "this is sexier than you are." If you really want to see a penis emote, you probably should find someplace with a male model. Saying things to the model is, I guess, a matter of taste (yours and the model's).
