Doesn't accept passport to confirm age

Hello I'm uploading my ID, but the verification page on Chaturbate still asks for my passport, even though I've uploaded IDs multiple times to verify my age. Please help.

Hi Marsianin,

i had the same experiences, so i made a passport and after i received it, it took only one day and i was registered on CB. You will need a passport all your life, so it is a good idea to make one.

So maybe for some countries an ID is not enough, so you need your passport to verify your age and identity on CB. It is for sure only a safety precaution to protect both sides.
