how do you make it where certain people from a state i have geoblocked can come in the room ?

I don’t know if it’s like this with Stripchat. But when I cammed on MyFreeCams, the ONLY way for a member from my state to get around my geoblock was by me adding him to my friends list.

It's not a possibility on the settings-side, it's all or nothing. (Full State or not.)

You have to tell the individual to use a VPN to get around it, there are plenty of good free ones available
