Got banned for content involving animal, however my show is 3D/graphics/virtual no real animal or person included.

Hello today I got my account banned for :
"Engaging in content involving animal abuse is not allowed."
However here is the thing... my show is fully a gaming content and only 3D graphics, no animal or pet or person is appearing live or presented, my streaming format is only 3d/gaming.
I was not aware that this could be interpretated as prohabited content, never thought fantasy like 3d assets and graphics could be interpretated in such a way.
I was always strictly avoid any content that could be considered against terms so far, and I am fully committed to be compliant and following the rules.
I did sent a ticket request kindly asking chaturbate support team you to review my case and consider reinstating my account.
I am running as proffesional freelancing business, I got business registered ID to tax office , I register my incomes as well, and im paying taxes and insurance contributions month in and out, for me this is a real occupation, and by the end of the year I was planning to expand or perhaps operate on a studio level, since I am running and full scaled business operation with all the pappers and registrations and taxes. Destroying or killing a business due to a rules and platform terms misunderstanding are misleading interpretation is sad, after all that effort and commitment, hard work and thousand dollars equipment investment that was put into it.

So please dear @punker barbie , guide me through this and kindly aid to my case, because my business is on the line here.

1) No one at CB is remotely concerned about your financial hoops you're jumping through, they only care about protecting their right to exist as a business

2) Posting here doesn't get you support, it does get you a standard response of "support confirmed they recieved your ticket/responded/cannot assist further"

3) TOS specifically states, real/imagined/fantasy or fictional depictions of TOS violations are in fact violations of TOS.

Hello my account name is "virtualvixenliveshow", today I got requested for image/face verifitation that I did upload in timely manner, few hours later I have been suspended without any timer with the excuse:

My show is 3D/Virtual gaming show, I do not appear or show myself in my show any at all. Please dear @punker barbie kindly take a look if my mail has been received, from support I did send it with e-mail as we already had a previous open discussion going, I just received an e-mail from chaturbate team today and 2 hours later i got my account suspended, I did reply to that mail with my suspension request I hope I did right, let me know if they received it or i have to open a ticket to the platform. How can 3D pixels be harmful to me in any way? Thanks for your time
