Got banned from Chaturbate after a private show — looking for advice or similar experiences

Hey everyone,
I wanted to share something that recently happened to me on Chaturbate and see if anyone here has gone through a similar situation or managed to recover their account.


A few days ago, my account got banned right after a private show with a user named Daniel. During the show, he started asking for things that are clearly against Chaturbate’s rules, using the word “water” to refer to something explicit and prohibited.


I told him multiple times that what he was asking for was not allowed, that it could get me banned, and asked him to please stop bringing it up. He kept insisting, and after I refused to continue in that direction, he ended the private show himself. Shortly after, I got the message that my account was permanently suspended.


I’ve always tried to follow the site’s rules carefully and respect the guidelines. What’s frustrating is that even though I tried to handle the situation correctly, it seems like the system interpreted it against me.


I also live with a health condition that sometimes makes me react slower or feel more stressed under pressure — maybe that affected how quickly I responded during the situation. Still, I take full responsibility and I never had any intention to break the rules.


I’ve already contacted Chaturbate support, explained everything in detail, and asked for a second chance. I’m still waiting for their reply, but I wanted to ask:
Has anyone here ever managed to get their account reinstated after a ban?
How long did the support take to reply?
And do you think there’s a realistic chance to return if it was a misunderstanding during a private show?


I’ve always enjoyed performing and building connections on the platform — it helped me financially and emotionally — so this situation really hit me hard. Any advice, experience, or tips on how to approach the support team would mean a lot.

I am sorry to hear that. Allow me to share with you that, It happened to my account as well but was backed in 5 years ago. I was having almost 60K tokens in my account at the point of time.

They banned me for good of not even responding to my email at all. Just the auto-reply from its system. Should you have a big chunk of tokens on its sites. They will do this to you even though you did nothing wrong.

I had a few viewer customer whoever has quite a number of tokens and even though they did nothing wrong within the rules of its site.

So lets hope rather they would response to you after being years rather they had gone worst or improved over time.

Basically the issue is not blocking them right away. I know it isn't fair that it's our job to block. But yeah. The best thing to do if you're reinstated is to instantly end the private and block these types in the future.
