My wife and I are both verified. She got verified a while back on her account. I went ahead and verified her on mine so it says the newer one is denied and her old one is approved and non expired. Went into stream today and saw I got banned. Not sure what to do.

I contacted them and let them know. I just saw some people coming here and tagging @punkerbarbie since it’s my primary source of income I’ve been panicking. After some thought and research I realize why we got banned and now I’m just hoping they will accept my forgiveness and unban us. Was a stupid accident. We started a stream and didn’t realize we were streaming for 2 minutes.
Spit-balling here... maybe email support@chaturbate.com and ask for assistance?
