the model i follow sends mass message i get the notification i go see the message or photo but i can't see it is their a fix to see those messages

Please contact our Support team to find out why this is happening. Could possibly be a bug.
Scroll to the bottom of Stripchat, click on Support & FAQ, then Submit a Support Ticket.
