Hi everyone,
I'm hoping someone here might have gone through something similar or have some advice.
I was an MFC model for almost 14 years. I first worked in a studio for several years, then continued independently from home for many more years. MFC was my only platform.
A few days ago I tried to log into my account and was shocked to find that it had been permanently closed. The message says that I broke the rules, that I had been warned before, and that I am no longer eligible to have an MFC account.
The only thing I can think of is that some of my videos uploaded to MFC Share were automatically removed shortly before my account was closed. I assume this is what they considered a violation. What confuses me is that I had uploaded similar videos many times over the years without any issues, so I had no idea this would suddenly result in a permanent ban.
I have emailed Model Support several times over the past 10 days, asking if someone could at least explain what specific rule I violated or review my case. Unfortunately, I haven't received any reply.
I understand that this forum doesn't have an official MFC representative, so I'm not expecting anyone here to fix my account.
I'm simply asking:
What hurts the most isn't even the ban itself—it's the complete lack of communication. After 14 years on the platform, I honestly expected at least an explanation. If I made a mistake, I would have appreciated being told exactly what it was. Instead, my account was closed, and my emails have gone unanswered.
I'd really appreciate hearing from anyone who has had a similar experience.
Thank you.

I'm simply asking:
- Has anyone here ever been permanently banned by MFC after many years on the site?
- Did you ever receive a response from support?
- Has anyone ever managed to get a manager review or have their case reconsidered?
