Help! GOT banned

Hi I got banned today on Chaturbate and was asked to move to a more private location before resuming my broadcast. I had not meant to broadcast quite yet but was on the phone version looking into tokens and what not finishing my cigarette before getting on. Anywho I havent heard anything back and definitely wont be logging in without being in my cam room.

Thank you, they gave me the specifics of what is required to be outside which I will definitely look into however they still have yet to open my account.
