Help with account please

Hello @punker barbie i hope all is well, My account recently got banned and I’m sure it’s because i didn’t go into private with a model I said brb then woke up to being banned nothing happened in the room im not sure if that was the reason, please help I have been using Chaturbate for about 10 years now i try to keep my account safe I respect all models I spent so much on the site i have multiple private recordings and video purchases and tokens on the account still to use. my username is Maacdaddy and the ticket number is [1YG49K-9P2ZD] please help this is my first ban.
