Help!!

Hi @punker barbie , My account was banned overnight the day after my stream and I have no idea as to why, I dont recall ever doing anything wrong and I need the streaming to support myself. I sent in a customer support email almost two weeks ago and have recieved no response. Before I knew sending multiple could delay it i sent a couple more before i saw to ask you for help. One issue is when i get the auto reply email it does not give me a ticket number for me to give you, but my username is xxginger_
