I’m having an issue with my Chaturbate payouts, a check was sent 5 weeks ago and I haven’t received it. customer support have not give me a response yet. It has been 2 weeks on no reply other than the automatic email, I have sent a few email but have yet to get a ticket number

Hi, We have a couple page on Chaturbate mrjandmrsj2014

My question is are other people having to wait up to a month or more for a reply that is not ai automatic response?
We are waiting for a payment that was sent on 2nd September, that has not arrived. I have sent emails to support and billing but have had no reply with a update about this payment.
We have been on CB for a few years now and have never had a issues with support getting back to us.
