I am writing to follow up on my support request #25629475.
On June 17, I contacted support because I was unable to receive my funds. cb support provided me with a cryptocurrency wallet address and instructed me to return the funds to that address.
On June 26, I sent the cryptocurrency to the wallet address provided by support and replied, citing the transaction hash as confirmation that the transfer had been completed.
Since then, I have not received any response from support team. I would like to know if my transaction has been received and processed, and when I can expect this issue to be resolved.
I would greatly appreciate it if you could help me with an update as soon as possible.
