I am a new creator. The hours on my new tag disappeared between the streams. At the moment, I have around an hour and a half left on the new tag.
I should have had 80 hours of new tag, I streamed around 60 hours, as also shown on CBHours: https://www.cbhours.com/user/rawstrawberry.html
I have sent a Support Ticket through https://support.chaturbate.com/hc/en-us/p/form_requests and received e-mail on 25 November confirming that the ticket was received, but I can't find Ticket ID in the e-mail.
I checked e-mail inbox and spam folder as well, I haven't received any update yet and the new tag hours haven't changed.
