How long to get approval for outdoor broadcast

Sorry, I dont see where i ever got a ticket number. Below is what I received and replied to with all the photos and aerial imagery.

Outdoor/public appearing broadcasts are strictly prohibited unless the user has provided 360-degree photos of the area they wish to broadcast from so that Chaturbate Support may determine if the area is adequately private for broadcasts. Please note that independent broadcasters are prohibited from broadcasting outdoors unless the broadcast is done from private property, with the property owner's consent, and in an area that is not visible from any neighboring property.
If you wish to broadcast from an outdoor area, please provide 5-10 photos showing a 360-degree view of the area, ensuring that you include the boundaries of the area as well as any high walls, tree lines, heavy plant growth, or other obstacles that would obstruct the view from outside of the area.
