How many/type of piercings to qualify for stream specifics?

Hi! I'd like to add a 'stream specific' to my broadcast to get more viewers. The only one that could fit is for piercings. I have both nipples, tongue and a monroe. I'm not full of metal though and you wouldn't necessarily notice them. Should I make them more obvious to get verified?
