how to disable this annoying fanberry promotion auto-bot messages

Hi,
Im using Lovense services, mainly by their extension to remote toy controlls and I know they have sevral division which connected to them like "vibemate" and "fanberry". I remember i might join one of their programs once and enable their bot to send messages on my stream promoting their "live enevnts" or "fanberry personal page". I wish this messages to stop apperaing but i cant find this bot activation settings, not even in the extenstion section on "stripchat" brodacst center. If anyone also expreince that and know how to disable this messages it will surely help. thanks

I contacted Lovense support and they told me how to disable it completely.

Here's how you can disable the Fanberry service:
1. Click on the "Fanberry" tab
2. Click the "?" icon to view the FAQ
3. Click the "Disable" or "Exit" button at the bottom
