I have read through a few threads on how to leave a studio but I have a question. A model who left her studio two months ago still has that account open. I have told her to write support and told her to include photo of ID and a selfie. I want her to ask them not to contact the email address associated with the older studio account due to fear of retribution. Will support honor that last request, or is an automatic contact with the email joined to the old account always generated?

....next to the account just formed!? What are you talking about the screen shot you showed was the 3 dots there is no "account just formed" if you are logged into the studio account and you click the 3 dots then you "delete from account" is the account you are logged in as, the only way to delete from another account is in my first post by clicking the remove button.

Just send the model to us you are making this harder than it needs to be.

Only an Admin (i.e. Amber here at ACF) can delete an image once uploaded to a public site, once the brief editing period has passed.
But you can obscure areas of screenshots that contain info you don't want to share (or at least shouldn't share) before uploading it, using any image editor, an example is Microsoft Paint.
Example below, with the username obscured before uploading.

OK, thank you for letting me know how to do this. I did not realize usernames were not allowed to be posted.

usernames are fine, and needed

It's real life info that should not ever be shared publicly. Birthdates, real names, etc.

I'm worried you're so involved trying to help someone in this industry while knowing so little.

I know about this. It was the model's decision.

I was finally able to delete two old studio accounts. I want to thank all of you for your gracious help and support., most especially cbhours. Often on forums people who come for help are treated in a condescending way. I appreciated that there was none of that here, and the care and sensitivity with which my inquiries were addressed. It was also refreshing to see that the thread did not diverge off topic, with none of the squabbling, name-calling, unasked-for advice or unwarranted assumptions that so frequently plague the forum genre. As a new-comer I felt welcomed into a warm, caring community, and I thank you all for that and look forward to more interactions with all of you in the future.

You mean you removed the models ID from the two old studio accounts right? That's what you wanted to try to do, deleting is something entirely different and the studio will just undelete the account.

I am still learning English. When you delete something it is still there? You have to remove it for it to be gone?

Interesting, have the model circle the studio account in the screenshot and send it to support@chaturbate.com (edit: make sure she is sending from the email address she has on file on her new account) explaining that she wants her ID removed from that studio account and that she is no longer affiliated with that studio and also ask why the remove button isnt there. (Just so we know for future reference because I'm personally confused why it wouldn't be there)

edit: shes logged into her new account thats independent right? shes not in a studio on the new account?
I have another model that needs an account removed. She does not have a new account because her passport has been taken and the boss will not return it. To make matters worse she has either forgotten her password to her old account or her former boss has changed it. I told her to write support@chaturbate.com and request that the account be removed, providing her username. _white_pearl. Would this be the correct procedure?

Is that what I said? Read the post you quoted carefully "explaining that she wants her ID removed from that studio account and that she is no longer affiliated with that studio", you can't send such a vague request to support. You can't say "I want the account removed."

She would also be sending from an email address not associated to the account which will probably cause additional back and forth at first and then the biggest challenge is when CB asks her to prove her identity before completing the request. I am not sure if they will take another form of ID aside from her passport for that country.

What would you suggest she do? We are working on retrieving her passport.

She cannot circle the studio because, as I said, the boss has changed her password and she can no longer log in. We cannot make a new account for her because her passport has been taken by the studio owner. As I said we are working on getting it back. Do you think she should wait until we retrieve it? I know that would be simplest, but we run the risk of immediate retaliation from the owner who may very well get her account banned after turning over her passport. She already did that a few days ago to one of the models working with us.
