I appear as an ineligible person - please help me

Hey! @punker barbie I'm really desperate and I don't know what to do. It's been weeks since I've tried to find a solution or get an answer. When I got married, I changed my name, and the moment I verified I instantly appeared as an ineligible person. Last weeks on my account I either appeared as an ineligible person or it was banned.
Please help me get on the site. I already sent a mail to the support, keept waiting for weeks.

I'd appreciate any advice or help. Thanks very much for all!

Support has confirmed that they have received your email and is currently being looked into. We appreciate your patience. Support will get back to you as soon as possible.

However, I would like to mention that I still haven’t received any update or reply from Support, even though it has already been several weeks. I completely understand that investigations can take time, but the situation is very stressful for me as I am unable to work.


The only change I made was updating my name after getting married. I completed the verification honestly and immediately after that I appeared as “ineligible.” If there is any mismatch or additional documentation needed because of the name change, I am more than willing to provide it right away.


I respectfully ask if my case could please be reviewed again or escalated, as I am eager to resolve this and return to the platform in full compliance with all rules.


Thank you again for your time and help. I truly appreciate it.
