I Banned Countries and Regions for my Privacy

Hi, Good Day!

I would just like to ask some help. How come a lot of people from the specific country that I already banned to get and see me on stripchat home page, and worst they can still even enter my room. Also they can even follow/add and chat me there.

I want the countries listed on my Setting and Privacy to be totally blocked and can’t see me. I already put and check all the regions to banned and not let them see me or enter my room. But somehow unfortunately, someone added me wanting to be his friends on stripchat turns out someone I knew and very close or even my neighbor added me from there. I was shocked and got nervous about it to be honest. I really need some help. Or did I missed something about the TOS of the site? Because I’ve read it again and again even the rules not to do what is not allowed.

Can someone help me to make it totally blocked the countries and specific regions on my end?

Region blocks only work if their IP comes back as being in that country. If they use a vpn/proxy for another country the region block won't work.

(In Addition) I am not even using VPN but I also can see myself on the home page of Stripchat. I just checked it now and I can send proofs if they need to see it. Anyways I blocked/banned my own country from it. That’s why I am concern for my privacy. Because there’s this someone added me wanting to be his friends on stripchat and turns out I know him. I wanted to block and banned his username but I can’t figure it out how, as I go to his profile I only see Add friend, Send Pm, Report. But there is no banned/blocked this specific person.

If the USER is using a VPN or proxy they can bypass the country block and still see your page. It doesn't matter if you are using a VPN or not. Unfornutately not much you can do except ban them permanently from your page when you do see someone that has bypassed the country block.

I can’t permanently banned him unless he will go and watch me while I broadcast so I can banned him permanently. But unfortunately he didn’t comeback, but he followed and added me wanting to be his friends on Stripchat. I am just hoping now I can still banned him permanently even if he is not in my room as I broadcast. Because there is no banned/blocked this person if I just go to his profile.

Hi @Stella_SC I already submitted a ticket for support. And now waiting for the response. Because I strongly believed that I am experiencing a Technical Geo-Blocking Issue. I will provide more strong evidences that even the country and regions I already blocked can still access my profile without them using VPN.

I wish and hope everything will be fixed sooner or later Please help me with my concern.

Yes, I already reach out to the Stripchat Support team but I haven’t received any automated email or response to acknowledge my concern. Now, I am wondering if they received my email.

Can you please help me look and check for it? Cause I also didn’t receive any ticket number for it when I submitted an email to Stripchat support. I already checked my spam and even click the all inboxes to my email, but unfortunately I still haven’t received any. I will personally message you my username on stripchat here.

if you go to profile, click send PM, and then click the the 3 dots (...) on top right of PM window, you can ban and unban there
