I banned someone and they keep harrassing premiums/models!

I banned someone from my room after they called me nasty names every time they were in my room. They kept sending me messages begging me to unban them and calling me a bitch, and then they sent me a PM telling me to go kill myself. :|
Anyway after the PM I didn't think much more of it and thought they'd left me alone.

Well in the last week or so, I've had a few premiums come into my room saying the user is in the lounge telling people to tell me to unban him and saying I banned him for no reason! I've had people in my room telling me this, and people PMing me about it.

So I put a screenshot of him telling me to kill myself on my profile in the hope that would make people stop contacting me about it.

Well today people came in my room saying he's in a models room telling her if she gets me to unban him, he'll give her some tokens! And then the model contacted me and said the same!
And the other day, another model contacting me saying pretty much the same thing!


Has anyone else had this happen to them?
It's REALLY starting to bug me now. When I ban someone, I expect them to leave me alone, but he's now annoying other models and premiums to get them to unban me, arghhhh!

If I report him to MFC do you think they'll do anything about it?
I don't think he's ever going to give up, and there's no way I'm unbanning him after he was so nasty to me and then told me to kill myself, grrr!

Straight from the Rules and Guidelines.

Members may not:

• Do anything illegal.
• Record or distribute the video or other contents found on this website.
• Post pornographic links or images. This is not a porn site.
• Use abusive, inflammatory, or racist language.
• Disrupt this website in any way (e.g. flooding, spamming).
  [*]Harass other members or models.
• Post private or personal information of other members or models.
• Impersonate other members or models.
• Make any kind of threats against other members or models.
• Blackmail models or members.
• Claim to be a moderator, administrator, or employee of this website. (Zero-Tolerance violation!)
• Intentionally mislead models. (e.g. fake tipping) (Zero-Tolerance violation!)
• Encourage models to break the rules. (Zero-Tolerance violation!)

I believe you have a case on his harassment of you alone... not to mention how he's started harassing others on MFC to try and get them to champion his case to get unbanned. I say e-mail MFC/an admin with the details. Dates and approximate times would probably help since I have a feeling they can check through their own logs and verify everything he's said to you and to others about you.

The moment he told you to kill yourself was the second you should've told MFC admins about him because that alone should've gotten him thrown off the site permanently. Everything else is just additional evidence.

Paste the log to support and the guy will either be banned or receive a Violation warning for Harassment next time he logs onto MFC it will come up onscreen and he will have to agree to follow the rules before he can continue.

I've never seen him in my room but I spotted him in Lily's just now too. Very amusing how he was being ignored and slowly slunk off. I just added him to my ban list. He'll be wondering what's going on if he tries to get in my room for the first time and fails lol.

You reckon? I'd file this under the "Admin don't give a shit" category!!

One of my fave models is being subjected to a petty systematic campaign of harrassment by a rather nasty lowlife piece of pondscum; he's broken every single rule on the guidelines, including some which are clearly criminal activity (hacking, blackmail attempts of both the model and some of her regulars). We've passed details of this to Admin, including each of the four aliases we know he uses and the result was ..........

And I gather he's done this to other models before, again with no sanction from MFC. The only thing that will make them do anything is when they start losing income and, reading some of the other posts on this forum, I hope that the Skinvideo venture takes off & leaves MFC dead in the water!!

I also banned him, but last week he sent me a PM saying he was really sorry so I told him I'd unban him as long as he behaved himself. The first thing he said in my chat was "I'm really angry with you, you owe me an apology for banning me" :shock:

I was really drunk and so was about 90% of my room I think, so we all basically told him what we thought of him. He just doesn't realise that if so many models have banned him then HE is the problem!
It went on for a bit and then he said "OK I'm going to tell you what I really think... YOU'RE BANNED FOREVER!!" and left my room.
PMSL!

I've thought about telling MFC about him but yeah like everyone else I doubt they'll do much, a few of my regulars have complained but obviously nothing has been done.

Last time I checked if I was drinking on a job I'd get fired. If I came to work stoned I'd sure in the hell be fired, prescription or not. They will ban members for harassing models. On a more important note, did you really bump a dead thread nobody has talked in for over a year just to say mean things to a model?

I just want to add, that just because you see a model put a greenish looking bud in a pipe, bong, or rolling paper isn't proof that she was smoking Marijuana. Did Cheech and Chong get drug charges after making the movie Up in Smoke? Or Dave Chappelle after Halfed Baked? No one is gonna slap a drug charge on anyone unless there is some actual EVIDENCE to bring before a judge moron.

And, by the way, MFC DOES ban members. They may not do it all the time, but they will definitely do it sometimes. They banned a racist prick before after I and a few of my friends complained, and I'm pretty sure I sent them a screenshot of what the fucktard was saying. They had probably gotten lots of other complaints from other models too.

It doesn't hurt to have a screenshot. Plus you never know how many other models may have reported him too. With enough people complaining about him, just maybe they'll do something about him...who knows? The worst that can happen is they don't ban him. But at least you, the model, can ban, ignore, and block him from wall posts. 60-day ban him, because a 6-hour ban ain't gonna make much difference with a pathetic, persistent loser like him.

Also. Some smart cookie on this here forum (I think it might have been Evvie but don't quote me on that, yo) smartly pointed out in another thread that MFC are more likely to act on a complaint if they feel it's gonna save them from losing money and that any complaint should be composed with that in mind.
So, be sure to note that this is negatively affecting you/your regulars/even other models and could wind up convincing you to cam less and your regulars to consequently tip less (even if that's not strictly true) when/if you do complain to MFC.

I banned a guy that now visits a lot of the "popular" models. He was rude, weird, and drove me crazy. He was asking me to meet him at his "weight lifting meets" and asking for my phone number.

He brought the room down by ALWAYS talking about his alleged dead father and hardly EVER tipped.

I banned him over and over and let him back in by the request of other regulars. It was more for entertainment purposes than anything. He was a weird little dwarf and I hated him.

This was MONTHS ago that I banned him for good. He STILL talks about me in these models room, saying I banned him for "no reason" and that I was mean. He went to MFC and told them I encourage my room to "harass other models" and made me get a warning. I still have no fucknig clue which model I was apparently harassing.

He follows me on twitter - blocked, both tumblr accounts - blocked and tries to contact me on other websites as well. I had to block Ohio just to make sure he couldn't get in. He was creating different accounts, saying his wife was Holly Heart and saying he was in a full body cast while he was on MFC. He was crazy, he IS crazy.

I was told a couple weeks ago that he was telling people that I was a horrible person and downright mean. WTF.

Point is that people are crazy, especially when they can hide behind the screen.
