I can't get my account back

Hi! Previously, my friend worked on the “nasslady” account with an operator. Later, she decided to stop working with him, but the operator still had access to the account. The operator does not want to give up the accounts (the chaturbate account and the email account). I have been contacting support, but they only respond to me once every two weeks. Is there any way to speed up this process please?

I've written to support asking for help in getting my account back - "nasslady". Please help me. Support hasn't responded for a long time. I'd like to get back to work as soon as possible.
