Will I be able to reinstate my account if I got banned due to inhalers. I was ask of my customer if what I’m inhaling and I said it’s my inhaler since I have nasal congestion.

That really sucks. I used to buy a small nasal decongestant inhaler from CVS, and I feel like I must have used it while live on MFC. Back then, I don’t think I’d ever imagined getting banned for this…or some of this other stuff that models now get banned for in 2025. I definitely feel like we’re walking on eggshells now with what we can and can’t say/do.
I hope you get your account privileges back. And in the future when you use the inhaler, just do it outside of the cam view (No, you do not have to completely stop your live stream just to do a quick inhaler sniff for a few seconds), so no one sees you doing it.

I'm guessing this has nothing at all to do with an inhaler.
OP, a human being is reviewing every moment of your broadcast feed and reading all of your tip notes, dm, pm and chat logs. It's going to take them a while. All you can do is wait or sign up on a new site.

Im sorry this happened, but be patient. This weekend was a US holiday, so support might be a little backed up.

I got a response and they said I’m totally banned and was wronged that my account will be reinstated.. I’ve been working for 4 years and I hope that there will be a miracle.

I think they’re trying to say they “were wrong about their account being reinstated.” But I’m not sure.

As far as I remember, I signed up my first account from cb and broadcast for 2 months only and got banned bcos of talking to a minor which it was not my intention that I am talking to a minor and that was 4 years ago. I signed up again in cb right after I got banned and I was approved., 4 years had pass nothing seems wrong not until last week I was suddenly banned in the middle of my broadcast and I thought it was due to inhaler but they said that I’m consenting non consent and they said I had a violation from my previous account which was 4 years ago.
I understand the importance of all the cb reputation’s regarding to the zero tolerance and so I didn’t made any mistakes from my second account which I take good care in the last 4 years and all of a sudden I got banned without any further help. Don’t know if my account will be back since they said they will no longer reply to me .. don’t even know if I get paid for my last 4600+ tokens .
I was thinking if that was the case then why they let me broadcast in the last 4 years without problem and now they just banned me and tell me that they will no longer help me bcos I’m permanently banned.
I hope that there will be a clemency.

I understand the whole situation as to why my account is banned this time and thank you for letting me know.
Working in Chaturbate in the last 4 years under _angellove_ has been a roller coaster and I guaranteed that there was never a record of repeated mistakes and violation from my previous account way back from my old account ts_sweethotcum.
I understand that I made a mistakes during my first time in 2 months working on cam under "ts_sweethotcum" account and I've been so devastated about that even to myself when I realized it was all wrong and I cannot deny the fact about that. In fact, it was an eye opener for me to put extra pressure to be more careful regarding about the strict policy of the platform which was never happen under the _angellove_ account.
I've been a grown up individual broadcaster in the past 4 years who value the platform's reputation and if ever you want to check all the history of those users who's trying to interact with me under _angellove_ account you will see that I reported, kicked and banned users who is offering such thing under zero-tolerance policy.
I hope you have a consideration on how I handle and take a good care of my account _angellove_ in the past 4 years.
I've been praying to God all day and night asking for a miracle to get my account back because I like the way I work in Chaturbate and how I interact nicely with people. I have no issues in the last 4 years and I hope you can give me a chance to get back on cam and work again. I'm not asking for more but just to work again.
You guys have been good to all the people working in Chaturbate especially to me in the last 4 years and I appreciate the help and the people behind the platform for inventing the website.

Yeah, I'd say you are cooked on Chaturbate. Judging by the wording of the last screenshot, It sounds like the tokens will be payed out to you tough.

If they said they’re no longer going to reply I think it’s safe to say you need to find a new platform, unfortunately

On Chaturbate it is not the account that is banned, it is the person. That you were able to create a new account after getting the first one banned must be a glitch in the verification system, maybe you used 2 different types of ID. Normally support would tell you to resolve the issue concerning the first account before the issues with your second account can be solved.@punker barbie is there any possible way to get my account back? However, the ban on your first accounts stems from interacing with a minor and there is a zero-tolerance policy on Chaturbate for that.
In short, you will never be allowed to return to Chaturbate.

Yeah you're not getting unbanned. Move on to another platform, and make sure you clean up your act with the types of shows/roleplay you offer, and block + report anyone who is underage on the new platform.
It sounds like you'll get your final paycheck.
