I see that CB now has low traffic or 1tkn guys. It can be you region as well. If you aren't slavic they won't put you up high.
I cannot help you with tech problems but as @Vixxen81 said, if you're having trouble connecting and staying connected with good quality transmissions, viewers are not going to stay in your room and tip.
