I want to share my case to receive guidance and, hopefully, support from those who have experience with similar situations on Chaturbate.
I was banned on June 4, 2025 when I was still new to the platform. It all happened during a private chat with a user who claimed to be a minor. On several occasions he told him that he could not be in the room if that was true. However, my command of English at that time was limited and, due to the speed of the chat, I will not be able to fully understand the situation in real time.
I want to make it clear that I never intended to break the rules or allow the participation of minors. I have always sought to maintain a safe space and comply with policies. I think it was a misunderstanding, added to my lack of experience at that time.
In addition, I want to add an important point: at that time I worked as a model within a studio, but currently I am an independent model. Now I am trying to communicate with support from my personal email, since I do not have access to the media that I used before with the study.
I am completely willing to:
Perform identity verification or facial biometrics.
Provide any necessary documents.
Follow all the recommendations that the platform considers.
My intention is to demonstrate that the account belongs to me and that I can operate responsibly and in line with the rules.
I would like to ask you for help with the following:
Has anyone managed to recover an account after a similar case?
How viable is it to appeal in these circumstances?
