I opened a model account was given a customer account

I clicked on link to register as a model, filled out and sent. Verified my email. When I sign in I am directed to the front page that a customer sees of models on line. No wizard opens up to complete my sign up and I see no way to do it. My username is Cute_ryne

Yes, you accidentally opened up a user account instead of a model account. Please contact our Support team directly to see if they are able to switch it over to a model account.
To do so, scroll to the bottom of Stripchat, click on Support & FAQ, then Submit a Support Ticket.

I wrote support, 2-3 days ago, but they did not reply

Just checked. Yes, I filled the support ticket out on May 17, received no reply. Just sent it again as per your instructions.

Make sure you are using the same email that you have attached to your user account.

I did, they replied yesterday, and asked if I still wanted it switched. I said yes, but they have not switched it yet. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Thank you, Stella, that is my intention. I missed out on my NEW tag on another site because I was ill and the power went out for two weeks. I intend to make up for that now.
