I was banned? Why?

Hello! My account at CB was banned several hours ago and I have no idea why? Everything was verified fine, and I have not violated any rules or regulations. I am very concerned as this is my only means of income, due to the Pandemic.

I have written to support, but only an automated reply and nothing more!
Any help in this situation would be extremely appropriated.

Support states that they have not received a new email regarding your account. Currently the account will remain banned due to a violation of the terms and conditions of the site as previously mentioned.
