The whole point with the demo shown in the video is that it's a virtual female avatar. So the sensation is programmed in. Using a real person as the model would pretty much do nothing and would make the whole thing LESS organic and more forced.

Yeah HollyHanna is pimping MFC for all its worth! She doesn't do things the way i would (rules and whatnot) but I have to respect her entrepreneurial spirit. Yes if you pay a certain number of tokens you can control all those things on her machine. That definitely makes for a more interactive experience.
