Indian Aadhaar card without surename

Hello, I run a small studio, and a model from India wants to register and come work with us.

However, the AI rejected her registration because her official document, the Indian Aadhaar card, does not include a last name.

I asked the model, and she said she doesn’t have a last name, just like most Indians.

The Indian Aadhaar card is an official document that shows her date of birth, her registered address, etc. In India, everything is handled with this Aadhaar card, including all government transactions. There is no other official document.

At first, I didn’t want to believe that the model didn’t have a last name, but it’s true. Almost everyone in India doesn’t have a last name.

The model even wrote to SC support herself but (of course) didn’t receive a reply on how she could register without a last name.

Now, SC does have a “India” section. How did all the models register if they don’t have a last name? And how can our model register now? As I said, SC isn’t responding.

We require all models to provide identification that includes both a first and last name, using documents that are accepted by our platform. If a model is unable to submit one of the approved forms of ID, we unfortunately cannot accept them as a model on Stripchat.

Ask her if she can use her father's name as her last name as is common in parts of India and get a new ID issued.
