instant ban, had a mistake uploading docs

hello everyone, hope for your help. few years ago i wanted to start streaming with my girlfriend, shes a cam model for 6 years. since i knew nothing about chaturbate, i asked her to do everything for me. and accidental thing happened.. we uploaded my documents, and next step was this thing where you have to look in camera in this verification app. she was going to give me a phone so i can do this verification thing, but camera opened accidentally in the app and it catched her face. there was no button like " to make a photo ", button to click i mean. so she didnt even have time to give me a phone, because she hold her phone in her hand. im an asian male, shes european female.. and of course it declined my documents and my account got instant ban. i tried to write to support, but they only answer basic messages. honestly, it was few years ago and i dont remember what exactly already, but just basic messages without any help. so my question is- can i do anything about it now? or now im forever banned on cb? we didnt try to scam anyone. my documents were already uploaded, and of course there should be my asian face, not her girl european face. this all happened on phone in verification app. also i wrote to support about this mistake and told that im ready to provide all my data and documents
