is there a way to transfer tokens from account to account?

I believe the only way would be for one account to tip the other account during a broadcast. Which of course means at least one account needs to be verified so it can receive tips.

That site is pretty ban-happy, so if I were you I would not attempt to do this unless an actual Chaturbate support rep. has told you that it's fine. Be sure to get that in writing.....
