LiveJasmin approved my account after verifying my documents, but now refuses my payout because of a birth date discrepancy

I would like to share my situation with LiveJasmin and ask other models if anyone has experienced something similar.

I am registered on LiveJasmin as a webcam model under the username Julia.

When I registered my account, I provided my real personal information and uploaded my genuine passport. LiveJasmin then reviewed my documents, verified my account, approved it, and allowed me to work and stream.

In other words, at the time of registration and verification, I was not trying to provide fake documents or hide my identity. I submitted genuine documents that belong to me.

After registration, I also successfully received one payout via Bitcoin. This means that the account was verified, approved, active, and had already been used successfully for a payout.

Later, I decided to change my payout method from Bitcoin to CosmoPayment. The CosmoPayment account is also registered in my name, and the first and last name completely match my identification documents.

However, LiveJasmin refused to approve the payout method change because of a discrepancy in the date of birth.

What is the problem?

On September 3, 2026, LiveJasmin told me:

“your payout method change request was not approved, as you have submitted the data of a different person other than the registered person of the account.”

I explained that the account is registered under the name Yxxxxx Vxxxxx, and that the payment account also belongs to Yxxxx Vxxxx.

LiveJasmin then explained that the first and last name match, but that the date of birth in their registration records is different from the date of birth on the documents I submitted for the payout method change.

As a result, LiveJasmin says that because of the difference in the date of birth, the documents could belong to two different people.

This is where my main question comes in.

When I originally registered the account, I provided my real information and my genuine passport. LiveJasmin accepted those documents, verified my identity, approved the account, and allowed me to work.

If LiveJasmin is now saying that a different date of birth was entered in the registration records, why was this discrepancy not detected and corrected during the original registration and verification process?

Why was the account approved if the registration information that LiveJasmin is now referring to supposedly did not match my identity documents?

There is another important point.

LiveJasmin itself confirmed to me in our correspondence that after registration, a model is allowed to set a birth date in the Model Center that differs from the real birth date by up to 5 years.

As I understand it, this concerns the information displayed/entered in the Model Center for streaming, so that members cannot see the model's real age.

However, this does not mean that I submitted incorrect documents during the original registration and identity verification. I provided my genuine passport and real identity information.

Therefore, I do not understand why a possible error or discrepancy in LiveJasmin's registration records is now being used as the reason to refuse my payout method change and prevent me from receiving my payments.

There are several things I do not understand
I provided genuine identity documents belonging to me.
LiveJasmin reviewed those documents and approved my account.
The account was allowed to work and stream.
I already received one payout via Bitcoin.
The first and last name on the account match my identification documents.
The first and last name on my CosmoPayment account also match my identification documents.
However, LiveJasmin has not explained why the account was originally approved and verified if this discrepancy existed from the beginning.

I also asked LiveJasmin to check the exact documents that were submitted when the studio account was originally registered.

I believe this is particularly important because those were the documents on the basis of which the account was originally reviewed, approved, and allowed to work.

If LiveJasmin has now discovered a discrepancy in its registration records, I want to understand where that discrepancy came from and why I am now being held responsible for it.

Why this is especially confusing to me

I already received a successful payout from this account.

So previously, LiveJasmin did not consider this discrepancy to be an obstacle to making a payout.

But now, when I want to change my payout method from Bitcoin to CosmoPayment, the same discrepancy is being used as the reason for refusing the request.

At the same time, there are amounts shown in my Model Center as pending/recorded payouts that I have not actually received.

The Model Center also shows invoices and information about the previous Bitcoin payout. If necessary, I can provide screenshots of this information with all personal and financial details fully redacted.

What I want to understand

I am not trying to bypass LiveJasmin's rules, and I am not trying to submit another person's documents.

I provided my genuine documents and have already completed identity verification.

Therefore, I would simply like a clear explanation:

If I provided my genuine passport and real personal information when registering, LiveJasmin reviewed my documents, verified and approved my account, and allowed me to work, why is a possible discrepancy in the registration information now being used as the reason to refuse my payout method change and further payments?

If LiveJasmin believes that an incorrect birth date was entered in the registration records, why was this error not detected during the original document verification?

And why was the first payout from this same account successfully processed if LiveJasmin now claims that the documents could belong to different people?

I am posting this here not to create a conflict or make unsupported accusations. I simply want to understand whether this is a standard situation and whether other models have experienced something similar.

Has anyone had a situation where LiveJasmin initially verified and approved their account, successfully processed payouts, and later refused to change the payout method or release funds because of a discrepancy between the birth date in the registration records and the birth date on their identification documents?

If anyone has experienced something similar, I would really appreciate it if you could share how you managed to resolve it.

I can also provide screenshots of my correspondence with LiveJasmin, screenshots from the Model Center, and information about the previous payout, with all passport details, addresses, document numbers, payment details, and other sensitive information fully redacted.

dont add screenshots with your personal details here or to anyone on this forum that might dm you. There are no LJ reps here.

You being that comfortable to tell everyone on here the initials of your first and last name (as the account holder/name on the payment account) concerns me. For your sake, please don't post personal information like that on here. It's oversharing which is totally unnecessary to get your point across in the thread. Personal information like that should only be shared privately with an actual LiveJasmin model support rep. via e-mail when explaining your situation. At the time of this post there are currently 467 users online on this forum (9 members, 458 guests), so lots of eyeballs on this public forum. Be careful about the information you're sharing about yourself.

Is there an age discrepancy in your D.O.B. between your submitted documents? Simple, yes, or no. If yes, there's your problem. If no, then the problem is on their end.
