Something strange happened few days ago, I sent out my tokens from my account Scarletcolesx which were about ~35.000 tokens on 30 july, I did not receive my tokens so far and based on what is wrote on the earnings page they should arrive by the 7th.
Also, on the same day, 30 july, I was uploading content on my profile to refresh it and I think due to some filters the AI thought I might be a child but that is not true. I'm a verified broadcaster and I've been streaming on chaturbate for about 2 years now.
When I log in into my account it says:
"Your Account Has Been Banned
Your cam has been blocked as a result of concerns regarding compliance with our terms and conditions. Please note that we have zero tolerance for underage participation on our platform or any failure to comply with applicable law. If you believe this action is in error, you may appeal this block by sending us age verification at https://chaturbate.com/accounts/age_verification/. "
And when I go on the "https://chaturbate.com/accounts/age_verification" I see my age verification labeled as "Person Ineligible This person is ineligible to broadcast. Please contact support@chaturbate.com."
I already wrote to support@chaturbate.com since 30th of july. Help would be very much appreciated. ♥
