My account name is Scarletcolesx, I write to you because I transferred my tokens (34938) to my Paxum, and they did not arrive yet in my account. The tokens were transferred on 30th July. I suspect this is due to my account being banned right after transferring the tokens. Now my account is back as it was and the tokens did not bounce back in my balance but they are neither in my Paxum account.
I sent a ticket to the support already. Help would be very much appreciated. ♥
