Missing $17,000 + $803 wire payouts for months – only getting generic replies from support

Hi everyone,

I’m posting here because I really don’t know what else to do, and I saw that issues like this sometimes get resolved with help from staff here.

My Chaturbate username: bustygf

I have two missing wire transfers that have been “in limbo” for months now:
  1. $17,632 wire sent on November 6th
  • Payout method: Zen.com.
  • Zen rejected the payment on November 28th because they don’t accept adult payments.
  • I have official proof from Zen: a PDF confirmation and screenshots from the Zen app showing the rejection and that the funds were sent back.
  • However, the funds never came back to my Chaturbate account and are not with Zen either.
  1. $803 wire sent on December 2nd to my regular bank account
  • My bank confirms they have never received or credited this payment.
  • They also confirmed there is no record/trace of this transfer in their system.
  • The money hasn’t been returned to my Chaturbate account either.
I have contacted Chaturbate support many times over the past 2–3 months.
Every single time I get the exact same generic answer:

“At this time, the payments have not been returned to us, and we are still awaiting an update from the payment processor. Please rest assured that we are actively monitoring the situation.”
I already asked for:
  • SWIFT/MT103 or any proof of the wires.
  • Any reference or ticket number with the payment processor.
  • Any communication with Zen.com about the rejected $17,000 payout.
  • A realistic timeline.
None of this has been provided so far, just the same copy-paste response.

These are my earnings, and it’s a very big amount for me. Both payouts are now stuck for months, with no clear information where the money actually is.

@punkerbarbie, could you please help take a look at my case or forward it to the right person/team?

I can provide all evidence if needed:

  • Zen.com PDF and screenshots of the rejection.
  • Bank confirmation that the $803 wire was never received.
  • Full email history with Chaturbate support.
    I’m happy to DM or upload redacted versions if required.

hello @punker barbie , thank you for your help.. i ve received back the 803$ and i am very happy about that.
but my missing wire transfer of $17,577.65 initially sent on November 6th via Zen.com it is not back to me

I recently received an update from Zen.com (on March 24th). They confirmed the following:

“Our refund for $17,577.65 USD was sent to Payana LTD and rejected by them – the funds are now again on our side. Please contact the sender, Payana LTD, and provide us with their bank account details where we can refund the funds manually one more time.”
Zen.com asked me to obtain Payana LTD’s bank account information in order to process this refund manually. I immediately forwarded Zen’s message to chaturbate support on the same day (March 24th) and requested those details, but I haven’t received any response yet.
They ask for
First name:
• Last name:
• Currency:
• IBAN account number:
• BIC/SWIFT code:
• Confirmation of ownership of the account from your bank – e.g., an account statement or transaction confirmation with visible account owner data.

Could you please help me?
This amount has been pending for many months and I’ve already provided all evidence, including the Zen.com rejection confirmation and MT103 document. I would greatly appreciate your help in resolving this final step.

hello @punker barbie i really need your help.. my emails to chaturbate suport are invisible, like i am shadowbanned or something.. no answer, no action, no anything.. the money is stuck with zen.com as they told me on 24 march, and they ask me to sent them a bank account belonging to payana ltd, witch i dont have and i asked charutbate suport and no answer. please help me.. this situaton is stressing me so much, it s been so many months and the money are in the air

In all fairness, this person has been waiting since November of last year, and your CB representative account has even verified receipt of this persons concerns since Feb 7, 2026. Perhaps it's time to kindly suggest that someone within the appropriate support team get off their lazy ass and address this situation to a resolution.

thank you for your answer.. it s been one month since i sent email to charutbate suport asking for the bank account belonging to payana so zen.com could sent the money manualy and still no answer , no nothing. (i sent email to chaturbate suport on 24 march, and otehr emails since then)
