hello.. i ve writen this post https://www.ambercutie.com/forums/t...y-getting-generic-replies-from-support.64761/ on february this year and i dont seem to be able to reply there.. about a payment from november last year that i didnt received back in my account.. my situation is stil the same, my money are not back.. they are still in the air.. on 15 junei have the last update from zen.com, they send the monye back to chaturbate, i imediately annonced chartubate suport and since then it s a complete silence from chaturbate.. they dont answer my emails.. no updats, no solutions, nothing...
