Missing Payment Since March 23rd

Please, I have been struggling to find help or even get a response from support within a day, longest was almost 5 days. There not updating me when I will be paid, they said they would let me know when there payment processor would give them an update but whenever I get paid to let them know. My payment was supposed ot be in my account on the 23rd of march, then the 2nd & now theres no answer for me. Can anyone help me with this or know how I can contact someone that can tell me when I will recieve my payment. Im late on rent & phone is disconnected, all of my bills are due within the first 5 days of each month. Power will be cut and wifi will be gone if i dont recieive my payment in the next day. Im just so angry with the lack of response and care from the support team with this matter. I have no idea who to contact. Please , could someone give me an answer. @punkerbarbie
