I’m writing here because I’ve run out of options trying to resolve this on my own, and I noticed that similar issues have sometimes been clarified or escalated with help from staff in this forum.

I have one missing wire transfer that has been in limbo for several months now.

At this point, it seems very likely that the payment was returned to Chaturbate but never credited back to my account, however I have no confirmation of this.
I have been a model on Chaturbate for 8 years, and nothing like this has ever happened to me before. In the past, support always helped resolve issues, but this time I feel completely stuck.
These are my earnings, and it’s a significant amount for me. I just want to understand where the payment is and have this situation resolved.

I have one missing wire transfer that has been in limbo for several months now.
Payment details:
- Daily payout requested on October 24 in amount of $-2467.65
- Payout method: wire transfer (SWIFT) to my bank account
- The payment never arrived at my bank
What my bank confirmed:
- There were no incoming payments for me.
- There is no record or trace of this transfer in their system.
- To start an investigation, my bank requires proof that the sender actually sent the payment (MT103 / MT108 or similar).
- The bank also informed me that if a wire is not received within 2 months, it is usually returned to the sender.
What happened with support:
- At the end of November, I requested from Chaturbate support an MT103 / MT108 or any official proof that the payment was sent.
- As of now (early February), I still have no document and no payment.
- I contact support almost every week, but each time I receive the same generic response saying there are no updates and they are “waiting for the document.”
- It has now been almost 3 months waiting for the document, and over 4 months since the payout was requested.
At this point, it seems very likely that the payment was returned to Chaturbate but never credited back to my account, however I have no confirmation of this.
