My account is ineligible to stream even my id’s are approve

My account had previously been age-verified, and I was eligible to stream. Recently, I joined my friend’s broadcast room while she was streaming. Unfortunately, her account was banned while I was in her room.

After this happened, I noticed that my own account is now showing that I am not eligible to stream. I would like to clarify that I am a separate account holder and that I was only present in my friend’s room. Her account and actions are not related to my account.

I have already completed the verification process previously, and I would appreciate it if you could review my account and confirm whether my broadcasting eligibility was affected because I was present in her room.

Could you please review my account and restore my eligibility to broadcast if there is no violation associated with my account?

I understand that my account was banned because I allegedly appeared on my friend Stephanieabella22’s account in connection with a conversation involving minors. I want to clearly state that I do not support, encourage, or participate in any sexual or inappropriate discussion involving minors.
The person who brought up the subject of minors was another user who messaged us which is Ipewenherz that is his name on chaturbate. We did not agree with or encourage that conversation, and we never intended to violate Chaturbate’s rules or community guidelines.
I sincerely respect Chaturbate’s policies regarding the protection of minors and understand the seriousness of this issue. I would greatly appreciate it if your moderation team could review the relevant messages, recordings, and account activity again to determine what actually occurred and whether my account was incorrectly associated with the violation.
If I made any mistake or if there is anything I need to clarify or provide, I am willing to cooperate fully with your investigation.
