My account was banned over 1 year ago

Hey, my account was banned in April 2025, and I still don’t know what I did wrong. About six months ago, Support told me that the ID I submitted for verification was considered fraudulent or didn’t belong to me, but that’s not true. It was my own valid ID, and I completed the verification myself.

I’ve contacted Support again, but I’m worried they won’t review my case properly. Has anyone experienced something similar or knows what I can do to get my account back?

I would like to notice that I used my ID and I have no idea why they banned me. Can someone help me with my issue?
