My account was banned when I asked my boss I want to go and work independently

Hi everyone,

I was working under a studio on Chaturbate, and after I decided to leave and work independently in August, my account fine_slimmy was banned.

The account was registered using my studio boss’s email, not mine, so I can’t access it or contact support through that address.

Has anyone been in this situation before or knows how I can get my account reviewed and verified under my own name?
Any advice or direction would mean a lot.

Hello, as far as I know, this is a very common practice by studios. As far as I've heard from other models, if an account was created with your ID during account setup, I think you should open a appeal with your ID from the support section and tell them that you do not have access to your email address. After changing your email address, I think you should proceed according to the suspension issue.

That account belongs to the studio and they would have to agree to CB transferring the account to you. Email support@chaturbate.com, explain that you've left the studio and ask them to remove your ID from that account. Once they've done that you should be able to open a new account. Do not try registering a new account until you've spoken with support as you don't want it to look like you are trying to circumvent a ban.

Please provide your ticket number so I may pass it along to our Support team. If you have not contacted support please email support@chaturbate.com

Have you emailed support? You should have received an automated reply that should have a ticket number. If you have emailed support and did not receive an automated response you need to look in your spam folder for it.

Opss I didn't know this one. Well, too late my account is already banned because of that, but I don't have any intention to do against the rules it is just that, the treatment that I've received in my boss is really unfair. I'm just a model for 2 months, she didn't even provide anything for me to broadcast freely. There's a room yeah, but we share (the other models too) If you'll reviewed my broadcast, I can't even barely open my mic on because of the noisy, the space that I had is not too spacious for me to perform, even the viewers also complain about my situation. They even saw someone's foot in the screen. I already talked to my boss regarding this one but she just ignored it, she didn't even give a fuck. So I was planning to leave but she refused me to leave, she even put a second step verification of my account, so I realized that I really don't have a free will in her surveillance, so that's the reason why I created another account without her knowing, I also want to know how hard it is to make one, because why she made a big deal of it. When I'm decided to leave. She won't let me leave, as if she pay something to make an account. She didn't even provide anything for me, I provided my own pc, but still she thinks that we own her a lot.
That's why I'm here hoping to get your attention to at least hear my side, and lift unbanned my information. I don't want to get back my old account which is Horny_Eddie because it's not mine to begin with it's her's, her property.
@punker barbie, I already sent an emailed regarding this issue but I still haven't heard of it, so I hope really hope to get it through to your attention.

PS: my boss is my childhood friend a trusted one, but seems like there's no called "friend" in this line of industry. Thank you!
