My documents were removed from my account (not a full ban), but my passport is no longer accepted on my profile. This happened almost immediately after my previous studio found my new account.
This is the first time I’ve started working independently without a studio, and I suspect that my previous studio may have reported my documents or somehow interfered with my verification. I have a large fan base, so this situation is very stressful for me.
Another suspicious thing happened on the same day. I received my only dislike from the user it_is_kira. I know this username, and it belongs to the owner of my previous studio.
Because of the timing, I’m worried this may not be a coincidence.
I have already contacted support about this issue, but unfortunately I have not received any response for two weeks, which makes the situation even more difficult.
I would really appreciate it if a moderator or someone from the administration team could review my case and help me understand why my passport was banned from my account.
If anyone from the community has experienced something similar or knows what I should do next, I would be very grateful for your advice.
