need help with account ban

Hi @punker barbie, thank you for doing so much heavy lifting for Chaturbate here. I'm hoping you may be able to help me.

My account was banned for violating TOS and I'm not sure how or why. My account is critically important to me and losing it would be devastating.

Does Chaturbate give second chances in your experience? I would treat another opportunity to cam again with kid gloves and make SURE SURE SURE that I'm not violating a single thing! I'm a bit new ( months I think) and should have done a better job of getting familiar with TOS. I'm terrified I won't be able to fix this and will lose my account.

Well for starters, certainly avoid using this kind of phrasing

I think you misunderstand me... I know very well what you meant, but on an adult site those words can't be used at all even as a euphemism.

I guess I will need to stop saying "hey baby" too....even though that's incredibly generic and obvious what it means. thank you for the tip /gen

I have it as a blocked word. People should be calling by user name or broadcaster name, not terms of endearment.

After rereading the TOS, I think I know why I was banned. I provided a service last night per customer request that I see is against TOS. I'm just scared I won't get a second chance to fix it but it is what it is. Ultimately, I'm the one responsible.

This one is tough to predict because it depends on how far it went. I'm sorry you were tricked into it.

If you do get your account back, immediately ban anyone who even breathes a hint of wanting this. There's no penalty for banning. Let us know how it turns out.

I will, thanks for being so sweet! I do wonder if the user requested it and then reported my account or if the system can hear certain words and auto flags the account. It wouldn't surprise me if I was baited and definitely will never, ever again allow anything like that whether on cb or a different platform.
