My account shows "Person Ineligible" even though all my IDs are approved. I've been waiting over a week for support to respond (emailed Feb 2, used Help Center Feb 7, still nothing).

Have you seen this issue before? Any advice on how to get Chaturbate support to actually respond?

Hello! I am zara_noire on Chaturbate and I'm here asking for your help with an ongoing verification issue.

My account shows "Person Ineligible" despite having FOUR approved Philippines ID cards on file. I have successfully signed the Broadcaster Agreement on February 2, 2026, and uploaded multiple ID documents that have all been marked as "Approved" in my account. However, my account still shows "Your account is not age verified" and states "This person is ineligible to broadcast."

I have already contacted support:
- First email sent February 2, 2026
- Help Center form submitted February 7, 2026
- Both received generic auto-replies with no resolution

My approved documents include:
- Philippines ID Card uploaded Feb 02, 2026 - APPROVED
- Philippines ID Card uploaded Feb 01, 2026 - APPROVED (3 different uploads)

Account Details:
- Username: zara_noire
- Person Code: tL3aY9

This appears to be a technical error where the system isn't recognizing my approved IDs. I have been unable to broadcast for over 10 days now due to this issue.

Could you please help escalate this to the support team for manual review? I hope and pray that everything will be resolved soon so I can go back to streaming.

I've contacted support twice (Feb 2 and Feb 7) but only received automated responses with no resolution. It's been over 10 days and I cannot broadcast.

This seems to be a technical glitch where approved IDs aren't updating my broadcast eligibility. Could you please help escalate this for manual review?

Usually when ID is approved but model still ineligible to stream is due to a previous ban on CB.

Have you ever had an account banned/suspended on CB before?
