I've was wondering the same thing when I saw this thread, but it seems Amber does very laid back moderation- where things only get locked if they're getting way out of hand and deleted if they're actually harmful. This isn't like a spambot posting links to malware or anything, just non-bot advertising a questionable camshite (I'm leaving that typo) which we're for the most part ignoring.

I mean, you can click on the report button so she sees it if you'd like, but it's been here long enough I'm sure she already has.

According to their Wiki pages, the top payout is 80%, and that is only on referred members. The top payout otherwise is 70% and that is only after you hit $3500 in earnings in a pay period. Base rate is 50% and it goes up in increments based on your payperiod earnings.
