I don't see why it's a big deal??? I mean, I'm pretty sure that's just common sense that they don't want you trying to hack into anyone else's account.

There is no 9.9?

9.2.9 reads:

You will not use or attempt to use any other member’s account on the Web-site without permission;

9.3.9 reads:

(you will not...) Allow anyone under 18-years old on camera at any time;

Neither seems strange to me.

They did do a lot of edits yesterday, so maybe there was something that was later removed?

Nah it lists here that section as 9.9 just a minor edit issue with how they have listed each section. I was just posting it seems they are covering their ass a lot more, In terms of member model interaction

Pretty much all of section 9 was added within the past few days. I really hope that most of it is actually enforced.

so when some newb asks where she's from, I cant say "romania you noob". I'll just point the member to her profile where it states her country. kind of silly.

This section says they can take any content that we've posted.
For example our profile (as premiums) could show up on other sites.

I can understand why they'd want to take my avatar and use it in a "studly premiums of mfc" calendar. I'd just rather have the option of saying no.

Does this mean we no longer have to wait a day to get approval on new emots or images we upload to our profile?
