Our community-driven queer studio has been working with Chaturbate for 6 years, and we’ve had many amazing experiences. It’s truly a great platform for gay and queer streamers. However, over the past month we have been facing complete silence from support. We only receive the automatic reply saying the request has been received and is being processed.
On December 20, 2025, the model star_madison was banned. We contacted support immediately, but we still haven’t received any response. We were not even informed about the reason for the ban.
The second model, viksons, was banned on January 10, and we also have not received any response from support so far. In this case, we believe we understand the reason — he was celebrating a holiday and appeared intoxicated on stream. This is unacceptable and certainly deserves a warning and a strict requirement not to let it happen again. However, this is his first ban in 5 years of work. He is a top streamer, popular on other platforms, and regularly brings traffic to Chaturbate, often having over 1000 viewers during his high-quality shows (which is an excellent number in the “men” category). It would be greatly appreciated if he could be given the opportunity to return to streaming, as streaming is his primary professional activity.
Neither the models themselves (writing from their accounts) nor our studio (contacting support directly) have received any replies. The lack of a communication channel with the platform is creating serious difficulties for our work.
