Not received payment since september

Hello,

I am writing to inquire about my missing payouts. I have processed two payouts to my Paxum account, but I have not received any funds for almost a month now and i have daily payout...
On my dashboard, it currently says $302.95 being processed for next payout, and nothing has actually been paid out to me yet.
Here are the details of the two payouts I requested:

• Sept. 29, 2026: $259.95
• Oct. 15, 2026: $43.00

Could you please check why these funds are being held, instead of being transferred to my Paxum account?

Can you ask support to check this @punker barbie ?
